It may sound a little unexpected, but we wanted to respond to the many requests from customers who said,
“I wish it were easier to ask simple questions.”
So… we decided to take on something new!

🤖 What the Chatbot Can Do
Our AI chatbot is already quite helpful and capable.
It can assist with:
- Store hours and shop information
- Basic questions about kimono, yukata, jinbei, and samue
- Size selection advice
One of the most common questions we receive is about sizing.
For example:
- “Which size should I choose if I am ___ cm tall?”
- “I usually wear size M. Should I choose the same size for jinbei?”
These are the kinds of questions people often forget to ask or hesitate to ask.
The great thing about AI is that you can ask anytime — even outside business hours.
And this chatbot will continue to improve.
We plan to gradually expand its knowledge and responses in a way that reflects Fujikiya’s unique style and expertise.
