◆1. Find the center of the obi
Spread out the obi and locate the center. Place the center of the obi across the front of your stomach.

◆2. Wrap around the back and cross
Take both ends and wrap them around your waist to the back. Cross the ends at your lower back.
◆3. Bring the ends to the front
After crossing, bring both ends back to the front, pulling them snugly but comfortably.

◆4. Make a butterfly (bow) knot
Just like tying shoelaces
* Make a loop (a “bunny ear”) with the left or right end.
* Wrap the other end around the loop.
* Pull it through to make another loop.
* Pull both loops outward to tighten into a neat bow shape.

◆5. Adjust the shape
Fluff and arrange the loops so they resemble butterfly wings. You can keep it flat and compact for a more masculine, stylish look.
